Hi Dino,

Jim, Padma and myself discussed about your request concerning lisp-decent.

It is our opinion that since the current charter does not support the work  and 
because less than a year ago the WG did not show interest in the work [1]
it is more appropriate if this document is submitted to the ISE stream.
