Hi Team,

I have been reviewing the draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00 as requested by
Alberto and I didn’t find any conceptual issues for now.
I spotted a few typos :

2.
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#section-2>

Introduction<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#name-introduction>
            1. A 1:1 mapping of  a  an overlay multicast flow, either a
(Source, Group) or (*, Group) to an underlay group.

4.
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#section-4>
 Source Site
Procedures<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#name-source-site-procedures>
The Source Site Procedures from
[I-D.farinacci-lisp-rfc8378bis<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-farinacci-lisp-rfc8378bis-00>]
 are followed for overlay nodes and
[I-D.farinacci-lisp-rfc6831bis<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-farinacci-lisp-rfc6831bis-02>]
 for non-overlay nodes. There are no modifications to these procedures other
than the source multicast site -ITR should be capable of replicating to
multiple G-RLOC and U-RLOC addresses from its map-cache.

5.
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#section-5>
 Hashed Based Underlay Group
Selection<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#name-hashed-based-underlay-group>
When an ETR receives an IGMP/MLD report it needs to decide which G-RLOC to
underlay join to join in the underlay.

7.
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#section-7>
 Receiver Site
Procedures<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00#name-receiver-site-procedures>
The Receiver Site Procedures from
[I-D.farinacci-lisp-rfc8378bis<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-farinacci-lisp-rfc8378bis-00>]
 are followed. This draft adds an additional step to the procedure on how
should to select the G-RLOC address for registration.

Best regards,

Raphael

Subject: IETF LISP Multicast Reviews
Hi Luigi, Padma,

I spoke with Raphael and Marc, they both have multicast expertise and are
willing to take a quick look at the multicast documents (below)

draft-ietf-lisp-rfc6831bis-00
draft-ietf-lisp-rfc8378bis-00
draft-ietf-lisp-group-mapping-00

Thanks a lot for the help here folks! Any preference on which draft to take a
look at?

Thanks!
Alberto
