Yep. Same here. The list that I mentioned earlier in this thread was
one that they had subscribed to several months earlier.
We told them to buzz off, and we even put their silly "PRIVATE LIST"
crud in the info file. I think that it should not be necessary to
explicitly opt out, but it was still done.
They resubscribed anyway. They did so without asking anyone, without
contacting a single human.
They may provide a service that some people like, but their ethics and
netiquette are severely lacking.
