I do this in majordomo by running a $list, $list-digest and $list-posting
list. Anyone on all three of these lists can post. No mail is ever sent
to the $list-posting. If I approve a message from a address, the script I
use for that automatically adds that address to $list-posting.
This allows people to post from multiple addresses without having each such
message individually handled, but it does little else.
