Compared to other commercial packages such as Listproc, or Listserv, Lyris is inexpensive (no annual licensing fee). You want all the bells and whistles, you're gonna pay. If you're looking for cheap, drop the Windoz-NT, install Lynux and use freeware like Majordomo. Lynux runs well on a very modest machine. If you've got a retired 486 or better system on hand, it may be cheaper to set up a dedicated Unix machine as a mailing list server. - murr -
