Yup. I've seen this before. There are a couple of old MS mail
clients which send the same Message-ID: every time. I ask the
subscriber to update their software or change to another mailer. The
web site www.tucows.com has a nice selection of Windoz email freeware
and shareware complete with descriptions, ratings and reviews.
