Actually, that's *not* my version of reality. *My* version of reality
includes a standard which eliminates the differences between the
command syntax and semantics of majordomo, listserv, listproc etc.
by codifying them in an RFC. The gratuitous differences between
those programs seem to cause an awful lot of end-user confusion;
and every time someone adds *another* MLM, it gets worse. And there
is absolutely NO reason for them.
My point, which seems to have gotten lost, is that from the user's
viewpoint, remembering 9 command phrases doesn't seem much
different a task from remembering 9 different addresses.
