Just a gut feeling, but I doubt that this is "the" Sanford Wallace
that you are dealing with.
Suggestion: Do not contact the spammer; contact his ISP. Also, you might
want to require administrative approvals for all subscription requests
for a while, until the idiot finally goes away.
