I just set up a new mailing list, and whenever I try to send majordomo a subscribe command, it tells me that the list does not exist. However, if I directly edit the list file, and add my email address to it, I can send and receive mail. When I issue a "lists" command, it shows up there. (info, subscribe, unsubscribe, etc. all tell me that there is no such list.) Any clues would be greatly appreciated. L.
