I've also noticed that other than the O'Reilly book there's essentially
nothing on mailing lists. It's one of the topics that's on my list to do
a book about.
Is there really enough demand for list manager training to support courses?
If you can't round up a couple of hundred people (total, not all in one room)
you're not likely to pay the cost of course development.
