I don't believe EZMLM has an interface that comes with the package.
Generally the hosting site writes their own CGI script and designs
the HTML forms page to meet their needs. I would hope your host's
technicians have done this for you, or else obtained a ready made CGI
script.
Steve Peterson's ml-sub CGI script, is designed to allow you to set
up an HTML forms page to subscribe and unsubscribe to an EZMLM list.
That is all it does, for now, but you can review the script and see
examples of the HTML:

There is something called "EZmlm-Web 1.02" that I think is a more
involved interface script, but I don't have a web site for it. The

This was neither. I am suggesting you wait and see what your host
has cooked up for you. However, if your host gives you something as
good as eGroups.com, I would be most interested in knowing who your
host is.
