Distribution delay through greatcircle...

I was just wondering if it is my SMTP connection or if everyone is seeing 
two-hour turnarounds on list-managers traffic...  It is a bit strange 
that the delay is _that_ long [it is at least a factor-of-ten longer than 
with any other mailing list I'm on (or can ever recall being on)] and I'm 
wondering if it is me or GreatCircle...
