As you may have noticed, I'm strongly opposed to unverified
$ubscriptions...  This could be a very important case indeed.  I
did note that the language war has already begun.  The article
called verified $ubscriptions "double opt-in".  Reminds me of the
never-ending abortion debate: "Pro Life" vs "Anti Abortion" and
"Pro Choice" vs "Baby Killers".

I suspect that yesmail will loose on the grounds that freedom of
speech has never included the right to force any audience of your
choosing to listen.  RBL is a voluntary association.  RBL
participants are at liberty to choose not to listen to systems
that meet RBL's black-list criteria.  As I said, I'm biased.
We'll see what the courts say.
