You seem to have omitted:
SMARTLIST
Written in procmail, shell and a bit of C; GPL. Basic setup is fairly
light on features, though it does all the basics; lots of custom recipes
available for the usual extras. No official web interface AFAIK, though
there's a semi-official one available. Primarily for people who understand
the concept of email. Charlie Summers is the person here who knows most
about it, I suspect.
