To the best of my knowledge, AOL has not published any such instructions. 
An AOL member has, located at 
<http://members.aol.com/adamkb/aol/mailfaq/#aol6html>. I would hope that 
people would please try to get this right, lest AOL gets annoyed that one 
of its members is being seen as some kind of official voice and shut the 
site down.
