I've come to prefer mimefilter:

  Its simpler

  Its faster

  Its lighter weight

  Its easier/simpler to configure

Oh yeah, and it has a Debian/Linux package and the author appears
semi-regularly on the Mailman lists.

  ObNote: Oy heah, its also less featured, but in ways I didn't and
  don't care about.
