This is as good a spot as any to discuss mail blocking. I
haven't had much trouble being blocked by large ISPs. Now and
then, my site does get blocked by some of the smaller ISPs.

I have had several instances where subscribers were blocked by
other subscribers ISPs. "Hey Fred I can't get through." emails
posted to a busy list can be very annoying.

As long as spammers exist, I fully support the right of ISPs to
block spam sites. I also fully support the right of customers to
complain when an ISP gets the filtering wrong. I have never
contacted an ISP about bad filtering myself. I figure if a
subscriber isn't getting their mail because their ISP is
filtering, it's up to the customer/subscriber to read the riot
act to their ISP.
