If a LISTSERV list is configured to support the DIGEST option, it also supports the INDEX option.
If the list is hosted on a server running LISTSERV 1.8d or 1.8e, a subscriber may choose to receive either a traditional DIGEST or INDEX, or an HTML DIGEST or HTML INDEX. In an HTML DIGEST, the table of contents at the beginning of the digest consists of links to the individual messages. In an HTML INDEX, each index entry is a link to the message. -- Paul Russell Senior System Administrator O&E Messaging Services Team University of Notre Dame Beartooth wrote: >>I'm not exactly sure what listserv's index option is but on my >>todo list has been a digest where you don't get the message >>bodies, but the TOC contains urls to the archived messages.
