Lists explicitly makes it clear it's not allowed. Plaidworks doesn't (but will). So it looks like they didn't ask either of us, but didn't create gateways for the lists on a site that said not to. So I'm curious whether your site also explicitly says not to and was ignored (or the note was missed), or if they somehow missed all the apple lists, but still found my small home listserver (I don't find that likely). I really SHOULD publish that restriction, but hadn't gotten to it... But since they aren't on the apple lists, I'm wondering if they just silently obey what the published rules say...
