Obviously you need to go and talk to that copyright lawyer again. The pages are copyrighted with or without a notice. The notice makes some technical differences as to the amount of damages you can collect or something, as well as putting people no notice as to when the work was created and who claims the copyright. -- "Never knock on Death's door: ring the bell and run away!
