Its been at least 3 months since I last received a call from a phone solicitor, and that last was a market survey call -- at one point I made just over $1K a year in small claims courts actions against them. They're neither a problem or a worry (tho I wouldn't mind the cash in the current market (job hunting again)). Physical junk mail I don't worry much about.
