User tracking Admin Page

I am kinda new to coldfusion and have been tasks with creating a user
tracking admin page.  This page will track all users activites while logon
the application (deletes, adds, time  etc...) and the information will be
collected in the database for generating monthly reports.  

All help is much needed and appreciated.
