Go into the services applet of the CF server, and check to make sure that
the following are running:
ColdFusion Application Server
ColdFusion Executive
Optional is ColdFusion RDS.
If any of the first two are not running, then start them Also, make sure
that these services are set up to start automatically rather than manual.
That way when you reboot you will not have to restart them manually.
