Someone was asking for "real world" examples. My suggestion: If a CFUG attendee has used the concepts being presented at a particular meeting then bring some copies of code for those that might benefit from your "real world" code. Its one thing to talk about concepts, but for me its 150% better if I can get ahold of working code that will only need to be modified to fit your needs. Also, if you bring in code others can provide "constructive criticism", I dont know about everyone else, but I feel my code can always improve. (Less than 1 year experience with CF for me) For example someone posted a "generic" template for cfobject using COM, but if I had a working example then its much easier to see what you might have programmed in wrong while using the "generic" model. Maybe this idea has been brought up before or tried before, but I would like to hear ideas/comments.
