Depending on what you're wanting to do, you have a number of options.
1) advanced security
2) let winnt handle security
3) use a COM object built in to winnt
4) use a third-party COM object
5) use a CFX tag, like cfx_userdb
Describe specifically what you're trying to do, and someone will come up with
an answer for you.
