Subject: August meeting

Our August meeting is tomorrow night, at 7:00 pm (pizza at 6:30).

Seth Bienek of Digitaris will be discussing User-Defined Functions, which are new in CF 5.  If you've developed in other languages, UDF's are probably one of the things that you've missed the most.  If you're unfamiliar with the concept, then you'll find UDF's an excellent way to build modular, reusable code.

Also, Tom Schrek will be discussing the popular Fusbox programming methodology.  Fusebox is a popular methodology for constructing ColdFusion applications rapidly.  Some people love it; some people hate it; Tom will make sure that you can make an educated decision.

Food and drink: This month's meeting is sponsored by Digitaris (www.digitaris.com), a full-service consultancy and application software development company providing Internet, Intranet, Extranet, Web site and enterprise integration solutions and software development services.

If you are coming, please RSVP to me: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=RSVP
