I obviously have been spending too much time on the middle tier, because,
even though I specify a size for an image the other html elements are placed
behind the images in Netscape 4.0 Navigator.

I new that this was an added feature way back when to announce the arrival
of DHTML, but I thought you have to turn it on. But if I have free form
html, without just putting a bunch of <br> tags when Netscape, how would I
correct this.
