Thanks for pointing me to the right direction, but is there a way of retrieving full strings rather than characters in a string as I will like to work on the basis of words rather than characters. Reason being that if I specified the number of charcters to to extract from the data(ie x number of strings) it will be a pain to work out where the last character to extract is the at the end of a string. What I want to avoid doing is having cut up words appearing all over the pages rendering sentences meaningless or messing up formatting of the document.
