Brett, Here is a simple detection script in Flash: http://www.zapdesigns.com/conn_speed/db_conn_speed.html. Right now it only displays the conn. speed but could be easily modified to send slow users to a specific URL and fast users to another. Also, it's loading a 12k file to do the test and can be more accurate by increasing the file size. If you'd like to take a look at the code let me know and I'll send you the .fla. Or if you want me to modify this for you just send me an email and let me know what you want. I hope this helps.
