MX Client scope ERROR

This was working perfectly up until MX upgrade. Anyone have any ideas what's happening????

The crazy thing is that my cfapplication tag has clientmanagement="Yes" already.

The requested scope CLIENT has not been enabled.
Before CLIENT variables can be used, the CLIENT state management system must be enabled using the CFAPPLICATION tag.
