I have a user who gets booted out of the system after the
first page login goes to. This has always, previously, been
because either (a) their browser settings for security and
privacy were too strict, or (b) they had firewall software.

I have a user now, I walked through their settings with them,
everything is fine, they insist they have no software like zone
alarm or anything that might be interfering. I don't know
what the heck to tell them. Our customer (their teacher)
obviously expects me to solve this given I am also tech
support (pretty funny... sort of :-)), but I don't know, outside
of FW and browser settings, what would cause that problem.
I can login as the user and move around with no problem.

Any ideas? What else besides those items could cause a
browser to apparently not be accepting cookies?

PJ
