A friend of mine (www.trinitygames.com) hosts most of his game server business there.  I have been there a few times, its a pretty sweet setup.  I had to go in there a couple times to do work on his servers - its pretty impressive walking through the facility and seeing the racks and racks of servers chugging away.

Hey guys

Does anyone know of a good co location hosting company too host my computer. I am currently hosting my sites on a clients machine (with permission) and he is moving it. I need a new home for my sites now. CIHost is kind of shady when you call about their Crazy Deals and only give you a good price if you prepay for a year. So if anyone has any good hosting deals or know of a good place please let me know. Thanks. I would prefer it be in the DFW area so I can visit my box from time to time.

I almost forgot a few details, 30,000 sq. ft. of raised floor, overbuilt liebert air and power systems, the ability to grow your services as your needs do, all sorts of value-added services (firewall, IDS, etc.). If you can't tell, I am a very happy customer!
