I haven't had a chance to install Laszlo yet (on my list), but there shouldn't be any conflicts with CFMX. Laszlo runs as a J2EE application and I believe can even install Tomcat (java app server) as part of its installation process. You might keep an eye on your server resources like CPU and RAM but there shouldn't be any inherent conflicts between the two.
