I've been out of the Java loop for a bit, but last I knew the answer was no--I always just used a roll-my-own function to handle that stuff. You might check the new Java Standard Tag Libraries (JSTL) to see if they've included anything to handle that sort of thing; the basic query functionality in JSTL 2.0 looks an *awful* lot like cfquery.
Let me know if you find something out about this--I'd just be curious to know.
