My name is Sophek Tounn, looking for 2 developers to help me out with an
online room listing web site for the bedandbreakfast industry.
The website will include listings of rooms complete with virtual tour,
video, reservation calendar for each room, sideshow, photogallery, and
panorama virtual tour. Basically I modified a realestate program to do what
I need it to do. I'm 50% there and I need some help. I don't have up front
money to pay for the development but I'm thinking about doing profit
sharing.
How I would make money is, I charge the B&B $50/month, it is estimated that
there are 25,000 licensed B&B and many more small or unlicensed in the USA
alone, and thousands more outside the USA.
If you do the math, If I can get 1000 or 2000 users on my system that
1000*50*12 = 600,000 a year. Please come talk to me at the meeting or email
