I received this job ad yesterday--pass it along if you know people
looking who might not be on the list.

====================================
Project Manager/Architect (.NET/Cold Fusion)

It's all about ATTITUDE! Do you have a winning spirit? Do people look
to you for answers and direction? Can you solve problems when nobody
else can? Do you see solutions when all those around you see dead
ends? Do you dream in C# or VB.NET, HTML, Cold Fusion, T/SQL, or
classic ASP?

If so, we need you to lead a team that is developing solutions for a
Search Engine Optimization and Interactive Services Agency that is
recognized around the world as a leader in Search Engine Marketing.

We are looking for a technically strong Project Manager with strong
ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Cold Fusion and/or SQL Server skills. A strong
candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of consulting leading a team
of developers focused on e-commerce applications, using VB, ASP, .NET,
Cold Fusion and/or Microsoft SQL Server 7/2000. Most of your time will
be spent managing projects on a small team of programmers developing
new dynamic/database-driven web sites. You will have the opportunity
to code as well, if you dare. Now that we've established that your
leadership skills are similar to those of Jack Welch, Bill Gates and
Napoleon Dynamite, let's talk technology.

Strong relational database skills are required, as you will spend some
time assisting with database management and administration. This
position requires day to day experience using many of the following:
Classic ASP, ASP.NET (VB.NET or C#), Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript,
Cold Fusion, DHTML, XML, W3C Compliance, Microsoft IIS, and Windows
2000/2003 Server. Flash, SharePoint, Microsoft Commerce Server, SQL
Server Reporting Services, UML, and Microsoft Certifications are
highly desirable.

We will consider contract-to-hire or straight perm candidates. If you
know how to play foosball (or are willing to learn) and believe you
have the skills we are looking for, send your resume in MS Word or
text format to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The resume should also contain
details of your last three clients/employers with URLs to examples of
your work.

This is a fast paced environment. We work hard and are passionate
about what we do. There's lots of stress here but there's also Xbox,
foosball, free sodas, flextime, Play-Doh, Legos, a balcony, DVD
Movies, electric guitars, etcâ.

A sound working process coupled with a dynamic team awaits you!
