Is any of the data being cached in application variables? If both blog installations use caching techniques and share the same application name (defined in application.cfm) that could easily lead to mysterious odd behaviour.

Blog B never has pulled from Blog A. How is this even possible? Is it a problem with the DSN itself? Or CF Server? This is so frustrating because, as I understand CF, what is happening is absolutely impossible!
