Well, you are not using CF, that's your first problem.
Most hosting companies use this script for their clients "form to email" needs.  Check to see what your hosting company is using and see what they support.  If they are worth anything, they'll have the support documentation.  Otherwise, you'll have to google.  In the mean time read the readme files on the link provided.  That should give you a basic understanding of the whole process.
