Sorry, should have clarified--the forum was basically built as a facelift to Ray Camden's Galleon forums application which is CF. The version online right now is using CFCs as web services but I also have code that uses CFCs as remote objects, which is quite a bit faster. I just haven't tweaked that yet and put it online.
