For news feeds, go to http://www.inman.com/default.aspx and http://www.realtytimes.com for mortgages go to www.mbaa.org and www.bankrate.com For the MLS you will need a "RETS" <Real Estate Technology Standard> client. Or you can go to a IDX feed, dependent on the data you want to feed and the MLS that you are wanting to feed from. In Dallas, the MLS is NTREIS. My number is in my sig, feel free to call.
