I have never done this because all my training in CSS is to make the page as flexible as possible, but it seems to me that this is a simple matter of referencing the upper left corner (0,0) and then positioning each form element in a div with absolute positioning. I would not put the main image in the background if you want to print it out. Most browsers are set by default to not print the background. Instead put the main image in a div with a z-index that keeps it below the rest of the page elements. Tom Tom Davis General Glyphics, Inc.
