Chris,
We've had alot of problems here in our office with Flash Forms. When testing them using a dialup, we get the constant "Loading 40%". I've emailed back and forth with Macromedia engineers and they have made several suggestions. But our problems aren't similar to yours. It appears that possibly there is a problem with your coding on your form OR that the data is just taking a long time to load.
