Support / Trainer

Software Trainer (for proprietary web-based software application)

 

Strong computer knowledge and be literate in a Windows and internet environment,

including MS Windows XP and Internet Explorer.

 

      Will provide software training and support to end users via telephone and web-based communication.

The ability to communicate effectively and hand hold our customers through the process is a greater value than technical expertise.
Train customers on the underlying concepts and practical applications of our solution.

Assist customers in configuring our solution to suit their business practices.

Troubleshoot, test and verify reported customer issues (escalate complex cases to senior onsite developers).

Review and test programs if asked by Quality Assurance team or Developer to ensure programs meet objectives and specifications.

Gather data to measure the effectiveness of training.

Identify and implement creative programs to improve the overall training curriculum.

Good analytical abilities.

 

Ideal Candidate:  A Software Trainer (for proprietary web-based software applications)

from environments that develop feature enhancements Healthcare Staffing Software
