Gary,
You'll have to look at your firewall documentation.  You may be able
to figure it out by logging into your firewall and looking for the
port forwarding page.  Just set any connections to port 80 to forward
to the assigned IP address of your CF box.  I'm guessing you have DHCP
(dynamically assigned IP's by the router/firewall) so you'll have to
set your IP to static on both your firewall and PC.  Just pick one
within the assigned range and set your PC to the same through Network
Places > Properties.
But really, your firewall docs will be the best source of info.  Most
have tutorial like explanations.
