I'm having a problem with character translation - here's the scenario:
CF Template pulls license text from UPS using cfhttp. The text contains a
small section in French. The text is then put into a textarea field but
some of the letters have been replaced with question marks.
This is CF 6.1 running on Linux with Apache 2.0.4
The default charset for Apache is iso-8859-1, and Linux uses UCS (ISO
10646) - both of which should support the character being used which is
either 0x00E8 or 0x00E9 (è or é)
Any ideas?
