This is a little bit different issue, however.  You don't actually
read the schema.ini directly.  When a file is accessed as a dsn, a
schema.ini in the same directory "automagically" defines the text
field names, types, positions, and lengths.  There is some information

I believe Marlon hit it on the head.  I didn't realize that is no
