Sounds like an IIS issue. You should reconnect your .cfm, .cfml and .cfc mappings.
 
Go to cf_root/bin/connectors/   and run remove_all_connectors.bat, then restart IIS, then run IIS_connector.bat and restart IIS again.

The webserver is working because I can pull up .htm pages, just not cf?

Coldfusion is somehow all of the sudden not working on the server.
