Thank you so much for your reply.  I got it figured out last night after I posted my message to the list.  I was putting the MIME types in the wrong area on the default web site in IIS.   I'm excited about CF on my phone!!!  So farl pretty easy. 
 
Anyone else done any WAP application development?
