I like the below mentioned plug-ins as well, however I believe SQLExplorer (http://sourceforge.net/projects/eclipsesql) offers far more functionality than DBEdit. You can actually run queries and then edit the contents of a result set right there on the spot. Very easy to use as well. You will need to download JDBC drivers for the database server you wish to connect to.
