I screwed up the epic4-1.1.15 release, because i forgot to update $V.
That's rather a big deal for scripters, and so I have recalled the 1.1.15
release and released 1.1.16 in its place (with an appropriate $V).
The only new feature in 1.1.16 is an experimental infinite recursion
detector, that you probably won't even notice (unless you run a buggy
script. :d)
